My cousin Stan and I had a great time fishing with Mike, we are both in our 70s. Stan had not caught a Red in about 30 years, so he was targeting Reds. Mike put us on fish right away, and Stan caught two Reds and I caught a 25 inch red. Then on to trout, we both caught a 22 incher and loads of smaller ones, we kept 8 Trout, had to release one of the 22 inchers because we could only keep one over 19 inches. That was the first day, the second day was windy, but Mike put stan on three more Red fish and some trout. I highly recomend Mike at Fishbonz Charters, you won't be disapointed!!!

Trip - Crystal River Inshore Fishing Charter on January 25, 2026

Captain Mike did a great job and kept us busy. We would work an area for awhile and if no fish we moved on. Captain Mike has a great boat for getting into places others are not able to fish. Able to bring home fish to eat. Very knowledgeable and courteous guide. The ride back to Crackers through the Mangroves topped off the day. Bill

Mike kept us busy with lots of fish. We worked an area and if nothing or small ones we moved on. We had a really nice time, and Captain Mike worked constantly to keep us on fish. The boat and set up of the boat made it great for getting into places others would not be able to fish. Mike is a very knowledgeable and courteous guide. The ride home through the mangroves back to Crackers topped off the whole experience. Bill

What a great trip! Captain Mike Haynes is awesome. We limited in Redfish and Sea Trout and he worked hard to get our Redfish limit after having a windy day. Could not ask for a nicer , more patient Guy !

Mike went beyond the call of duty to make this a fun trip for my son, grandson, and me. We learned about fishing for trout and redfish, saw manatee, dolphins, and many types of birds, and enjoyed time on the Crystal River and Gulf of America. Thank you from all of us, Mike.
